Should my online shop be on Shopify or WordPress?
For most product businesses, Shopify: it handles payments, stock and shipping reliably and is easy to run day to day. WordPress with WooCommerce suits shops that are mostly content with a few products, or that need unusual custom features. We’ll recommend one based on what you sell.
Can an AI chatbot really answer customer questions?
For the common ones, yes: opening hours, prices, availability, directions, what to bring. It answers from your own information, within limits we set together, and passes anything else to you. It won’t replace you, but it can stop the same questions eating your evenings.
Can you speed up or fix my existing site instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. We start by checking what’s slowing it down or holding it back. If a fix makes more sense than a rebuild, we’ll say so.
Do you look after the hosting?
Yes. Our care plans cover hosting, updates, backups and monitoring, paid monthly with no lock-in. If you’d rather host it yourself, we’ll set it up in your own account.
